About the role:
The Employee Relations team is responsible for ongoing engagement with Oscar employees and maintaining a pulse on culture, attrition, thematic employee grievances and setting a consistent standard for solutioning.
The ER Senior Analyst's primary responsibility will be overseeing the maintenance, monitoring, ensuring information security, improving process efficiency, and creating organizational reports for the HR/Employee Relations Compliance Management System (CMS), Hotline, Inbox, and other resources.
You will report into the Sr. Manager Employee Relations. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.
