The Illustrations platform is part of our Field Experience (FX) suite of tools that ensure a positive experience for our financial representatives. This platform empowers our financial representatives to demonstrate the value of our products as part of the planning process. Every new and existing customer sees the results of this tool before deciding on a product. Our team needs software engineers devoted to delivering a great user experience, keeping our users and their goals in mind.

Remote workers committed to working on the CST time will be considered.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. A bootcamp completion must be accompanied by relevant technology experience.

2-4 years of enterprise front-end development experience with JavaScript using React.js.

Experience working on large-scale web applications using REST APIs.

Experience working in an agile environment and using agile methods.

Familiar with GraphQL or a similar graph database.

Capable of communicating between product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Manages own time to meet objectives.

Demonstrated critical thinking, ownership mindset and continuous learning.

Able to mentor new team members, including college and high school interns and junior engineers.

Experience with user experience monitoring with tools such as Dynatrace and New Relic.

Some back-end development experience with Node.js.

Experience with UI application refactoring and “lift and shift” techniques, specifically with application redesigns and rearchitected projects.

Usage of an enterprise user interface toolkit for building applications.

Basic knowledge of AWS services such as S3 and Lambda.
