Description:

  • Responding to clients via mainly chat, and email, addressing questions/concerns and technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered notes
  • Monitor and proactively communicate ongoing client issues
  • Resolve complex hardware and software-related support issues

Start Date: - 10/11/21

Location: I-10 and Baseline rd. in Phoenix, Arizona - This position will be IN-OFFICE for 3 - 4 months before work from home is available - (work from home is a privilege for those who are doing well in the role and not having attendance or performance issues - must work a minimum of 720 hours on site first.)

Pay: $16/hour. Overnights will be paid $1.00 more with the shift differential (Unlimited OT also available!)

Training: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm for 2 weeks

Shift Options (1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available) - Overnights will be paid $1.00 more with the shift differential (candidates can select their preferred shift from the list available! First come first serve for schedule selection)

Work from home and the paid benefits offered will both take effect after a full 720 business hours have been worked.
