ABOUT YOU:

As an Inside Sales Rep with Endurance, you will answer inbound calls/leads and respond to requests for quotes from potential customers who are interested in buying/learning about Vehicle Service Contracts.

  • Answer a high volume of inbound prospective customer calls and drive a high volume of outbound calls, with successful representatives handling an average of 150 calls and closing 4 to 6 sales per day
  • Help customers find the Endurance auto repair coverage that is right for them, converting qualified leads into closed sales
  • Maintain a positive attitude and customer-first approach with every contact
  • Balance a positive customer experience with a seamless and effective sales process
  • Ensure accuracy of coverage information provided, in addition to customer clarity on coverage and financial commitments
  • Analyze contract and claims information to advise customers on the best coverage options for their vehicle
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered
  • Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive environment
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Sales experience
  • Work a 12:00 to 8:00 Shift and one Saturday a Month from 8-5
  • The ability to pass a background check
  • Have the ability to work remote
  • Enjoy the opportunity to take on extra work hours to increase earnings

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasive speaking and listening skills
  • Ability to use good reasoning skills and to adapt on the fly to overcome objections

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Automotive service department background preferred, including knowledge of vehicle service contract terminology
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
