Responsibilities:

  • Source and deliver candidates with Information Technology Skills
  • Source, contact candidates, interview candidates, negotiate salary, resume preparation, and reference checks for interested qualified candidates following JRD recruiting policies and procedures
  • Facilitates the hiring of qualified candidates by working closely with Account Managers
  • Interacts with all candidates during the interview process and on-boarding process
  • Helps create and maintain internal database of qualified candidates
  • Works as a team with other recruiters to consistently improve the recruiting process
  • Promotes and maintains a positive image of the company and builds networks of referrals and contacts through different outlets such as Linkedin.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Proven track record of success
  • Proven track record of stable and loyal employment
  • Strong networking and sourcing skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with cold calling
