Senior Media Specialist - Lake Mary, FL (Fully remote option)System One is hiring a Senior Media Specialist to join our long-standing Energy client in central Florida. This position does have the option to work fully remote. Experience in the Energy industry is preferred. The Senior Media Specialist will be responsible for writing press releases as well as managing social posts.Senior Media Specialist Responsibilities + Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, the Senior Media Specialist will be part of an internal team of marketing production and channel experts to project manage media programs and bring marketing campaigns to life through media channels+ This candidate will be central in collaborating across the organization to manage PR and social media strategy, planning/coordination, content creation, and reporting+ This candidate will possess a broad knowledge of media trends, developments, and best practices+ This candidate will have extensive experience in writing/editing of press releases, articles, and social content+ This candidate will also lead a relatively new brand ambassador program that includes public speaking, social media, and customer communication components for ambassadors from various business units and functionsSenior Media Specialist Qualifications + 5+ years of writing/editing press releases, articles, and social content+ Relevant bachelor's degree+ Energy or power generation industry experience preferred#LI-AW1
