Overview
Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Experience with Geriatric Aged Patients.We are seeking for someone that has at least 10-12 hours of availability per week during normal business hours to provide Telehealth Services. Responsible for Med Management- prescribing medication or recommending medication to the Medical Director/PCP of that facility who will do the prescribing.Conduct initial patient evals and monthly follow-ups RequirementsHave an active license for the states which you are applyingClean NPDBExperience with Geriatric ageTelehealth experience preferred
