DescriptionPosition Title: Associate CFMDepartment: Central EstimatingReports To: Chad BrandonOur Company:For over 40 years, Service King has been a collision repair operator of choice, with 350 locations in 24 states with a mission to provide a secure, fulfilling workplace that motivates our teammates to deliver safe, superior repairs with excellent customer service.Position Summary:The Associate Central File Manager (CFM) partners with on-site Repair Planners and Customer Experience Representatives to serve as the end-to-end process owner and single point of contact for each RO they are responsible for. The Associate CFM is specialized to specific insurance carriers and ensures quality estimates that meet or exceed compliance standards are provided.This position requires knowledge of collision repair estimatics and the ability to communicate repair processes, while managing a moderate-volume of repair orders.Responsibilities:Conduct Customer Information Checks: Once the file is created, review customer information, signed work authorization and communication preference to ensure accuracy.Conduct Visual Estimates & Supplements: Review photos uploaded by the shop, customer or carrier within the CCC One estimating system and write quality estimate or supplement based on photos and notes. Make parts selections and order accordingly.Complete Parts Audits: Review parts invoicing to ensure parts invoices are posted in Service King's estimating platform accurately, request corrections to RO as neededPartner with Location: Communicate with Repair Planners to ensure accurate files are completed. Direct CERs to communicate with customers and help CERs answer questions when technical expertise is required.Ensure DRP compliance: Understand DRP guidelines regarding all aspects of the repair and conduct carrier specific audits.Review RO for Carrier Compliance and Revenue Generating Opportunities: Review vehicle scanning compliance, allocation of labor, write off opportunities, collection of consumables.
