You will be in charge of heading our talent acquisition department as well as supporting ancillary HR functions.Ideal candidates are HR professionals interested in primarily focusing on recruiting. You should also be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and run all aspects of the talent acquisition department.Duties include:Drafting and posting job adsReviewing resumes and screening candidatesEmbrace guiding principles for recruitment. Reinforce these principles and company culture with new hires and existing team. Scheduling interviews and skills tests by coordinating appointmentsConducting interviews with candidates over the phone or through ZoomMaintain our Applicant Tracking SystemKeep job seekers posted on their application status. Connect with passive job seekers and get them into our leads database.Engage in active sourcing for hard to fill jobs.Keep current on recruiting best practices and seek out ways to improve current processes.Conducting exit interviews in the event that an employee leaves the companyAssisting management with personnel issues and employee developmentAssisting management with organizing and coordinating employee training workshopsThe Location:The Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR is a remote work from home position and we welcome candidates from all over the US.
