<strong>Position Summary:</strong>Under general supervision, perform duties involved in the collection and documentation of data in support of research and information gathering activities.<strong>Responsibilities: </strong>* Performs duties involved in the collection and documentation of data in support of research and information gathering activities; participate in all aspects of research and evaluation activities. Edits collected data and perform follow-up activities.* Assists in the design and testing of questionnaires, data input sheets, and other data collection mechanisms; supervise and participate in the coding of data in preparation for computer operations.* Coordinates the collection and organization of materials and data to be used in research reports, publications, and program descriptions; assist in data analyses and preparation of charts, graphs, and reports obtained from research data.* Performs field work on assigned research project; establish and coordinate interview schedules and perform interviews with patients, family members, and general public.* Performs other duties as required or assigned.<strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong>* Bachelors degree in Social Science, Education, or Public Health, or equivalent combination of experience and education including training in research methodology, computerized data processing, and/or interviewing techniques. * Prior clinical or research experience.* Excellent organizational, writing, and office software skills required.* Background and training in performing basic descriptive and comparative statistics.<strong>Required Licensure/Certification Skills:</strong>* None
