Assist with the project management implementation and ongoing maintenance and support of St. Luke's Internet, Intranet and ancillary web projects.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee digital ads; analytics; social and SEM budgeting; and tag manager
  • Oversee all SEM campaigns
  • Update various powerpoint documents needed for reports
  • Send service line analytics to marketing directors or the numerous people in the network who need them for ongoing projects
  • Check Google Tag Manager on a regular basis
  • Oversee budgets of SEM campaigns to ensure they are within budget.
  • Meet with stakeholders as necessary / on a regular basis
  • Respond to new requests for campaign updates
  • Respond to requests for entirely new campaigns
  • Have familiarity with sprout social, Facebooks ads manager and Linked In ads manager
  • Other standard responsibilities (confidentiality, safety, finance, policies, etc.)
  • Assist with the project management implementation and ongoing maintenance and support of St. Luke's Internet, Intranet and ancillary web sites.
    Develop and place web content

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY DEMANDS:

Sitting for up to 7 hours-per-day, 4 hours at-a-time; standing for up to 7 hours-per-day, 4 hours at-a-time; walking for up to 2 hours-a-day, 1 hour at-a-time. Requires crouching, kneeling, and lifting of objects weighing up to 40 pounds, pushing objects weighing up to 80 pounds. Requires hand and finger dexterity to use computer equipment. Seeing as it relates to general, near, color and peripheral vision. Hearing as it relates to normal and telephone conversations.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or other related field required

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of related experience required.
Working knowledge of SiteCore content management system, Cascading Style Sheet, HTML preferred.

Previous experience managing projects required.
