We are the next great social network. Our app is a social disposable camera where users cannot access their photos till 9 am the next day. This conceit untethers us from our phones and frees us to live in the moment. It is a whole new way to reimagine photography and take us back to a time when photographs were delightful ways to capture memories. We are 15 employees and building our ground floor team! Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian is our largest investor alongside many celebrities and Silicon Valley VCs and executives. We have hit number 1 in the App Store twice, have 5 million downloads, and have raised $24m and counting. We have been featured in nearly every publication from The NYT, WSJ, Vogue, all tech press, and across Japan. You will be building scalable web services used by millions.
Our stack is Python / Django monolith on AWS ECS w/ Fargate. Infrastructure and deployments are handled with Pulumi and Typescript.
What You Will Be Doing
- Utilize modern automation tools to architect and deploy core infrastructure
- Build tooling to improve everything from deployment pipelines to building applications internally
- Create and maintain logging and metrics solutions, enhance observability at all levels of our stack

- Strong background building and maintaining infrastructure, automation, and observability systems in production
- AWS knowledge and services such as VPC, ALB, Fargate, S3, etc.
- Experience architecting and deploying infrastructure using infrastructure as code tools such as Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- Passion for performance and comfort building monitoring solutions, tuning performance at different points in the stack. Anything to improve key metrics!
- Able to deal with challenging situations: scale, uncertainty, and speed
- Add to our culture from day one!
