The successful candidate will beexceptionally effective in taking complex technical concepts and creating elegant representations with visuals and words that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences. This person would develop the brand and voice of Broadridge IT as part of our COO of GTO (Global Technology Operations) IT Business Office.Job Responsibilities: As the Digital Communication Specialist for the COO of GTO IT Business Office, the individual will beexpected to:Build a compelling, consistent and creative brand for Broadridge IT that will drive transformation of the Team's culture and mindsetCreate the linkages between the Broadridge IT Brand, IT Strategy and our Business StrategyDevelop and manage Communication Strategy that defines the internal and external audiences, desired outcomes, messaging, content, method, frequency of communicationWork with the COO, Chief Architect, Platform Head and Delivery Managers to synthesize and tailor their ideas into compelling communications that are audience appropriate for internal Executives and Associates, and externally to Clients and sales opportunitiesHave a keen understanding of technology and willingness to embrace learning new technologiesEffectively translate complex technical concepts into visuals and business-oriented languageCraft the messaging and create content for Town Halls, Team videos, blogs, vlogs, newslettersDesign Dashboards that communicate to Executives, Managers, Associates of the real-time value of IT services.
