Overview

AM LLC has immediate openings for 2 part-time Recruiting Coordinators . The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with multiple groups and candidates to ensure a streamlined recruitment and onboarding process. This is a fully remote position. 

Responsibilities

  • Generates offer letters and declination email/letters for applicants
  • Responsible for pre-employment communication with candidates
  • Conducts background checks, drug screens, and initiates appropriate paperwork
  • Efficiently resolves any issues that resolve during the hiring process
  • Ensures all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provides recruitment reports as needed 
  • Supports internal recruiting team to ensure an exceptional candidate experience for both external and internal candidates
  • Serves as a liaison to business partners in IT, Learning, Finance, and HR Operations to ensure the creation and execution of effective, compliant hiring and onboarding processes
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Education and Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience working in a fast pace recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources function
  • Self-starter; ability to work in a fast-paced, remote startup environment with minimal direction
  • Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high-volume workload
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to effectively work with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Hands-on experience with iCIMS is strongly preferred
  • Exhibits high level of business acumen, action orientation, teamwork, verbal/written communication, and decision quality
  • Performs at a level of exceeding expectations, exhibits sound judgment and proactive approach, and consistently maintains high levels of productivity and attention to detail
  • Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Requires the use of a computer screen for extensive periods of time
  • This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or seated) the majority of the time
