About the role:

The Marketing Associate, Broker Growth is the internal champion for the Individual and Family Plan broker audience both within the Marketing department and cross-functional teams. Responsible for developing our product and brand positioning to the broker audience and translating into communications and campaigns that grow broker channel member growth

You will report into the Associate Director, Marketing. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Note, this list of states is subject to change.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the integrated marketing strategy for the IFP broker audience across channels—primarily email, collateral, website, and educational webinars.
  • Work closely with our sales, P&L and plan design teams to develop an understanding of our insurance products and benefits.Adapt our consumer-facing positioning and messaging to the broker audience to promote channel sales growth.
  • Maintain the broker feedback ecosystem and conduct audience research to provide valuable insights to inform the Sales, Marketing, and Product organizations. Partner with our Consumer Insights Lead to measure quantitative and qualitative feedback related to satisfaction with our tools, products, and support.
  • Scope and develop product feature launches for our proprietary broker-facing technology products (including the Broker Portal, the online platform for Oscar brokers) in partnership with Product, Design, and Sales. This will include creating training resources and feature documentation.
  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in marketing and/or sales enablement
  • Experience building processes from the ground up
  • Bonus points:

  • Experience with email communications and sales education
  • Experience working with a sales organization and forging relationships
