Location: Irvine, CA
Hours: Monday - Friday - Call Center business hours / Over time required
Pay Rate: $15.00+ hr. DOE
MEMBER SERVICE REP JOB DUTIES:
- Provide excellent customer service to all incoming/outgoing callers while documenting inquiries related to dental benefits, eligibility, provider information, grievance and appeals, and other inquires.
- Document all customer transactions
- Maintain a quality score of 95% or better
MEMBER SERVICE REP REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ mos of experience stable and consistent customer service based experience - food/beverage, retail ok!
- Strong and consistent employment experience is required
- Ability to work remotely from home - equipment will be provided
- Bilingual: English / Spanish is a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum typing of 25 wpm (test will be administered)
- High School Diploma or GED is required
