Principal Business Systems Analyst (Remote Opportunity)

The team focuses on increasing efficiency and transparency in all areas of business while maintaining enterprise-class reliability.**Partner with the best**This is an Akamai-wide role and you will be one of the key liaisons between the various Akamai business teams and the IT Team. You will apply skills in business analysis, project management, requirements gathering, functional testing, change management, and enablement to enhance and implement business processes and applications.As a Principal Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:+ Acting as a senior liaison between Business Teams and IT communities for Business Operations, Planning and Reporting needs as a Supply Chain SME.+ Thinking strategically, identifying areas for innovation, improvement, and transformation activities as the business shifts from an As-Is to To-Be state+ Leading the Business Teams and IT communities in capturing and or approving Requirements, User stories, Functional Design and Business Process flows+ Leveraging system domain knowledge on Infor EAM, Nexus/Portal and or Anaplan to align business process with technology direction+ Collaborating with the Change Management team on new or existing processes that impact the business in the areas of training and or communications+ Leveraging prior Supply Chain Management expertise in the areas of Telecom and or Server maintenance to guide Akamai in its transformation strategy**Do what you love**To be successful in this role you will:+ Have 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelorâ??s degree or its equivalent+ Have experience as a Subject Matter on the Infor EAM, Infor/Nexus or Anaplan platforms+ Demonstrate knowledge and experience leading Supply Chain Management projects+ Have Supply Chain Management domain experience in the Telecom or Server maintenance verticals+ Have the ability to think strategically and identify areas for innovation and improvement+ Be action-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.+ Be able to analyze data, provide actionable solutions and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders+ Have extensive experience with corporate business operations, planning & reporting and related software solutions**Work in a way that works for you**We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.We are happy to discuss flexible working options in this role, please discuss your requirements with the recruiter when you apply.**Working with us**At Akamai, weâ??re curious, innovative, collaborative and tenacious.
