In this new created role in which you'll report to the Associate Vice President People & Culture, you'll be responsible for collaborating with and supporting the US Leadership and management for the Sales & Marketing side of the organization for anything People related. Since this is a new role, the organization will lean heavily on your expertise to:
- Design and implement sales compensation plans to influence right behaviour within the organization
- Develop and implement tailored onboarding programs for the Sales & Marketing Group
- Create performance review processes
- Integrate inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility across all the programs and processes
- Create and implement transparent career frameworks and career plans as well as guide and coach managers and leaders to build their leadership skills and many more things.
