You will be responsible for partnering with NAB’s Information Technology team in all aspects of their hiring process. Use your tech market expertise to consult with leaders. Senior IT Recruiter - North American Bancard 

Remote role 

At North American Bancard, our technology helps businesses grow. As the Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist for North American Bancard, that starts with you. You will be the one responsible for bringing this talent to NAB. We need you to be the expert for all IT recruiting needs at NAB. 

Supporting our Information Technology teams, you will use your market expertise to drive sourcing strategies, and qualify the right tech talent to join NAB. If you are an innovator who thrives on collaboration and change, we want you. 

What else you will be doing:

  • Create and maintain recruitment strategies for the technical teams by developing a deep knowledge of the business and the competitive landscape.
  • Review applications; screen and interview candidates
  • Provide IT market and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with hiring managers and people operations’ teams to develop competitive, marketable job postings.
  • Guide hiring managers through talent acquisition processes by maintaining ongoing, proactive communications regarding the status of open positions and candidates.
  • Proactively identify candidate sources in order to build tech pipelines.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition Team in organizing career fairs, campus recruiting, public job fair events and internship programs.
  • What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree and recent, relevant experience in a corporate or agency recruiting environment.
  • Minimum 5 years’ full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles of all levels and types.
  • Experience executing recruitment strategies for a variety of functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills to include proficiency with MS Word, & Excel.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
