  • High volume recruiting experience for Technical/IT contract positions.
  • Experience recruiting for financial and/or insurance industry (preferred).
  • Self-motivation and ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

  • What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Executing full-cycle recruitment activities to proficiently fill Technical/IT positions for a major account in the financial services industry.
  • Sourcing, screening and assessing applicant qualifications through interviewing, analyzing responses, comparing technical qualifications to job requirements, and verifying references.
  • Supporting the interview process and performing the necessary screening requirements through the offer phase.
  • Communicating and collaborating with peers by sharing best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems and documentation tools.
  • Managing contract employees while on assignment. Assessing and investigating candidate and contractor matters.
  • Working to understand the client’s needs and appropriately managing competing priorities.
  • Demonstrating a proficient understanding of the business and industry.
  • Effectively building relationships with candidates to develop and sustain a pipeline for future positions.
  • Successfully utilizing recruiting tools such as social media, professional affiliations, job boards, database searches, etc.
  • What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience: experience recruiting for Technical/IT positions experience recruiting for finance and/or insurance industry high volume recruiting experience experience recruiting for contract positions
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent recruiting industry experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (phone, in-person, client presentation).
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to remain at ease in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Highly driven and creative while working independently and setting realistic goals.
  • Experience utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques.
  • Strong technical skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Fieldglass VMS, Internet recruiting tools.
  • Interest in the staffing and IT industries supporting VMS/National Accounts
  • Knowledge of State and Federal laws as they pertain to hiring.
