Full time remote within a reasonable commuting distance to Lebanon NHPosition Summary: Researches, analyzes, designs, and maintains desktop and computer systems in support of Human Resources administration and projects. Monitors information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements. Serves as liaison with information systems staff in resolving programming and related problems. Recommends new equipment in software in support of objectives. Responsibilities: Assesses current Human Resources systems and identifies areas requiring improvement/upgrade. Assists or leads in the design, presentation, and implementation of systems. Manages all HR systems including but not limited to Taleo, Peoplesoft, Halogen, Verity, Elsevier and HealthcareSource along with HR Business owners, ERP and vendors as needed. Support to include problem resolution, upgrades, project management and more. Looks for opportunities to implement additional PeopleSoft or other software modules and functionality pertaining to automation of manual or paper processes. Assesses, recommends, assists in the development of and implements improvements and new applications as required Assesses the need for new computerized software applications that may enhance user needs. Identifies the need for new data fields in current systems and interfaces Supports the HR Systems Administrators through application training and problem resolutions. Defines problems, collects data, and establishes facts. Determines conclusions and solutions. Manages small to medium projects from inception through completion including developing, executing, and monitoring work plan. Determines customer needs and system solutions for meeting those needs. Performs other duties as required or assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable experience. Proven ability to apply comprehensive knowledge of HRIS systems. Must possess knowledge of processes to complete difficult assignments. Subject Matter Expertise (SME) with at least one aspect of PeopleSoft. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential. Required Licensure/Certification Skills: None
