Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Global Competency Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and facilities strategy and execution of the Rockwell Automation University (RAU) . To do this you will need to combine a passion for developing people, ability to lead a team and desire to innovate, to lead a team of subject matter experts responsible for training delivery and development.

What You Will Do

  • Lead our team of subject matter experts, responsible for developing and delivering technical training to internal audiences and partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to modernize training capabilities and facilities
  • Lead managers through strategic goal setting, collaboration and empowerment
  • Develop and execute integrated business objects with RAU Development and Programs leaders, and Rockwell Automation Business leaders
  • Measure and communicate progress to plan around key performance indicators specific to cost savings and capability innovation.
  • Lead our team’s culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through action and example

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years in management/leadership role
  • Travel 15% of time, domestic or international
