This is a Sr. Level WAN/LAN engineer role with strong communications, consultative, collaboration, and leadership skills. Candidates must demonstrate substantial Riverbed enterprise level expertise as this is a lead role.
- Expert level hands-on experience with Riverbed WANx devices, including remote access/mobility devices used on ERAP
- Expert level experience with configuration and tuning of WANx capabilities for critical IRS applications (e.g., Microsoft Signed SMB, Optimized SSL, Email optimization, Optimization of remote access user traffic, etc.)
- Significant understanding of managed service capabilities with Riverbed WANx, including expertise and service knowledge on how to configure the network management tools needed to support the service (SteelHead Central Controller, Steelhead Mobile Controller, etc.)
- Working knowledge of operations processes and procedures
- 10+ years related WAN/LAN experience, CCIE level preferred
- COVID vaccination
- US Citizen
- Ability to pass upper level security clearance
