Bilingual (Spanish or French) Customer Service Representative- Immediate Hire
We are seeking Bilingual Spanish and French speaking Customer Service Representatives to become an integral part of our team! You will be taking inbound calls from customers who have requested information regarding product warranty while maintaining a professional and courteous manner. We are looking for professional candidates that are energetic and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Support various inbound calling activities
  • Perform general administrative work such as filing and data entry
  • Look up product information using series of letters and numbers
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in call center experience is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Spanish/French
  • Computer skills (Office Suite) and ability to maneuver throughout various computer programs
Location: Work from home- must have internet
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (overtime as needed)
