What You Will Be Doing
As a Jumbo Underwriter, your pipeline will focus primarily on underwriting Jumbo and other specialty roles. You will need a minimum $2Million Signing Authority. You will be solely responsible for closing out these loans and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines,
What You Need for this Position
At least 3+ years experience with:
- $2Million Signing Authority
- Underwriting Jumbo Mortgage Loans
- Encompass
- Salary $100-$120K
- Competitive Bonus structure
- 100% WFH
