Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Human Resources or related field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience using and managing recruitment processes in an ATS (iCIMS preferred).
  • Recruitment experience in healthcare setting supporting clinical roles (including Nursing) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, consistently demonstrating a high degree of professionalism.
  • Ability to effectively lead and execute many projects and tasks in parallel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations that impact human resources/employment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of general recruiting, compensation, benefits and general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) and HRIS Systems (UKG preferred).
  • Openness to travel (potentially on quarterly basis) once COVID restrictions end.
