HR Additions is seeking a contract HR Generalist to help with an onboarding project for the next 6 plus months.
This role is remote after training in Plano area. Equipment is provided.
Hourly rate is $20-23/hour depending on experience.
HR Generalist duties will include:
- Conducting various background checks and confirming eligibility to hire
- Assisting with answer new hire questions regarding benefits and payroll
- Explaining policies and best practices during new hire orientation
- Maintain employee records for new hire, transfer and terminations
