Our work helps improve millions of lives.We hope you'll see yourself here, too.What you find at Beckman Coulter -and within yourself - might just change the world!The CRM Business Systems Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible provides business support and guidance in domains of Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, ServiceMax, Oracle EBS and other Marketing, Sales, Service and ERP tools.This position within the IT Department will be located in Brea, CA or Remote. This role engages business partners and elicits stated and implicit user needs, defines requirements and drives implementation into deliverables.You will be a part of the IT team and report to the Senior Manager of Business Applications responsible for proactively identifying areas for improvements and introducing innovations, factoring in customer needs, external approaches, data analytics and industry best practices. Establishing a requirements strategy for projects, managing projects, supporting production issues, managing vendor/system releases and actively managing delivery based on user priorities are also critical. If you thrive in a fastpaced role and want to work to build a world-class IT organization-read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:+ Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to transform evolving requirements into working applications that meet the business and usability needs+ Provide daily support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis+ Leads user acceptance testing identify testers, develop test scripts and conduct test execution+ Understand integration points with other systems that interface with the application, evaluate and minimize ripple effects+ Support Marketing, Sales and Service projects/initiativesThe essential requirements of the job include:+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent and 5+ years relevant working experience OR Master's degree in same with 3+ years of experience OR Doctoral degree in same with 0-2 years of experience+ Strong experience in Salesforce, CPQ, ServiceMax, Oracle EBS (Service)+ SFDC knowledge: Salesforce admin knowledge, data model, sharing and security architecture, various salesforce cloud OOB capabilitiesIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:+ Certifications: One or more cloud certifications. (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ).
