The Business Insurance (BI) technology products enable colleagues to do their jobs better through efficiency, standardization, and best practices.Summary: The Associate Product Manager will work closely with the BI Tech Product Manager to manage a handful of BI tech products, including gathering internal feedback, suggesting improvements for those products based on new or changing requirements, working directly with end-users, and communicating releases out to key stakeholders.The Associate Product Manager is responsible for creating process and technical documentation for all BI technology products at MMA, drafting training materials, user guides, how-to videos, running demos, and otherwise making sure all collateral around the products are complete and up-to-date.Essential Functions: • Develop the core messaging for products• Create and manage technical and process documentation for all BI products• Create training materials, user guides, and how-to videos• Onboard carriers to products as needed• Set up and onboard new users to products• Perform product demos to internal customers• Develop sales tools and collateral either on your own or with Marketing• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication of project status, action steps, and on-time deliveries to stakeholders• Brief and train colleagues as necessary• Work directly with the MMA technical teams to ensure enhancements and improvements are well-defined and on-track• Work directly with Innovation Deployment team to ensure regional colleagues are kept up-to-date on updates and releases• Increase product awareness and adoption across the organization• Occasional travel requiredAssociate Product Manager Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree• 3-5 years of experience• Demonstrated success in product or project management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Excellent teamwork skills• Detail oriented• Technically savvy and socially adeptNot eligible for WFH from ColoradoWe embrace a culture that celebrates and promotes the many backgrounds, heritages and perspectives of our colleagues and clients.
