Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Early Careers Recruiters to identify each position’s requirements
Review and evaluate online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
Measure and report on recruiting funnel metrics
Review job descriptions, basic advertised qualifications and requisition details for accuracy
Assess candidates through pre-screening and first round interview process for final candidate pool selection
Drive strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) through timely requisition management and candidate communication
Responsible for communications with candidates through aligned Talent Acquisition tools, managing interactions in accordance with employment law and in a manner that fosters transparency, simplicity and respect
Support broader talent acquisition projects
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or HS diploma/GED with 2+ years of equivalent work experience
1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
1+ years working in a corporate environment or agency recruiting firm
Experiences working with Microsoft excel, Microsoft Word, Teams and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for Early Careers programs
Experience working with Taleo Applicant Tracking System
Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent candidate relationship management (CRM) system
Experience working with Domo reporting
Remote/Onsite: Remote
