Come join our team!About the role:The Operations Coordinator is a mid-level position whose primary responsibility is to perform various tasks to ensure the smooth daily operations of Delta PM. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for executing and improving the employee experience within the organization. The person in this role will work closely with the Operational Team to anticipate and support departmental needs and goals. Qualified candidates must be People-Focused, display a high degree of Integrity, and have an impeccable sense of Excellence in their work daily. The Operations Coordinator is a self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable doer who loves order, finds solutions, and gets things done! The Operations Coordinator is someone who takes pride in setting up, executing, and constantly improving processes and the person's opinions will be highly respected and valued!Required Education and ExperienceCoordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including welcome emails, onboarding/offboarding instructions, I-9 verifications, calendar management, drug screen scheduling, IT platform onboarding/offboarding, background check initiation, and benefits enrollment.Provide administrative and clerical support to the members of the Operations team including scheduling of interviews, standardized resume formatting, maintaining the timekeeping system, recurring correspondence (payroll, timesheets, etc), project funding closeout, receipt entries, expenses reconciliation, and company leadership's expense reporting.Collaborate with HR, Regional Managers, and Finance leadership to drive continual improvement in our onboarding programming to ensure a best-in-class new hire experience as Delta PM grows. Organize new hire orientations and other fun company events such as recurring get-togethers, holiday parties, and team-building events. Support unemployment filings, paid family leave, state information requests, and others. Managing and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, including company swag items, business cards, event supplies. Maintain company-wide calendars including Birthdays and Anniversaries. Be the single point of contact for all employees' HR and administrative related issues.Support marketing initiatives on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.Required Education and Experience:o Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university. o Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant administrative or human resources position. o Expertise using MS Office (specifically formatting in Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) o Superb organizational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy. o Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
