All U.S. based locations will be considered.This unique, techno-functional position is part of a dynamic and exciting BAE Systems team: Financial Systems and Solutions. The team is a full business partner delivering trusted, innovative, and bold solutions that support the critical financial business requirements of the Combat Mission Systems Finance/Accounting functions, within the Platforms and Services Sector.As the EVMS Schedule and Risk Business Systems Analyst, under limited direction, the selected individual will be responsible for the following:Administration and ownership of Deltek Open Plan, Acumen Fuse, and MS Project Integration, including potential outside business hours support for critical production issues or ensuring customer deliverables are metSubject Matter Expert developing system driven solutions to meet complex business requirements or resolve issues for functional responsibilityMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant discipline(s), industry practices, trends, and applications, advising management on new developments and programsKey member and trusted advisor across the EVMS and Program Finance functionsEnsuring solutions encompass holistic Business System: People, Processes, and ToolsGovernance of system and related process changes to ensure enterprise solutions are developed and meet the needs of all Combat Mission Systems programsDevelop and/or maintain training and associated documentationFirst level support for the end-user communityContinuously seek and identify opportunities for efficiency and competitivenessMaintain growth mindset, leveraging near-term opportunities to expand business capability (PM Compass) and personal growth (EVMS Costing)Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Management and 4+ years of experience in DoD environment.Working knowledge of schedule tools such as Open Plan Professional (latest version), Microsoft Project (latest version), Acumen Fuse and Risk, and ExcelIn-depth understanding of program schedule/cost, earned value management, monitoring and measurement of progress, identifying and solving program-wide issues, and standard customer requirementsWorking knowledge of contractual, program, and technical topics as they relate to program scheduling and executionDemonstrated progressive EVMS growthAbility to effectively utilize all collaborative and communication tools (ex.
