Position Overview: As a Remote Dynamics CRM Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet the unique needs and requirements of our company. Working closely with our project team, you will leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize business processes and drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Develop, customize, and integrate CRM solutions, including entity customization, workflows, plugins, and web resources.
- Perform system configuration, data migration, and deployment activities to ensure successful implementation of CRM projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support and guidance to clients as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics CRM features, best practices, and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team.
- Develop APIs to move data between CRM and outside applications. Trigger events in CRM using API.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and custom applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition and data integrity.
- Use Azure Logic Apps to communicate between CRM and Azure-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or over 10 years of progressive IT experience
- Proven experience (3+ years) developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Dynamics CRM customization and configuration, including entity customization, workflows, and plugins.
- Experience with CRM data migration, integration, and deployment activities.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, and other relevant programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are a plus.
