Remote Senior UX Researcher

Job Description

Seeking a curious, business-centric and analytical User Experience Researcher, eager to take on a challenge and support a unique, crop supply chain digital platform. Join a growing UX team supporting one of the worlds largest agricultural companies. This User Experience Researcher will support applications used by seed sales representatives and large-scale farmers across the globe. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for UX, demonstrating the value-add of UX Research for internal and 3rd party teams.



This is a fully remote, senior-level position that will cover all aspects/phases of the research process, contributing a strategic high-level perspective as well as hands-on tactical work. The goal is to identify gaps with North America and Global Digital Supply Chain; partner with other members of the organization to develop user-centric solutions and long-term process improvement.



In this role involves working with internal and external teams to deliver actionable, data-driven insights from users and stakeholders to shape the product. This UX Researcher will uncover new opportunities to refine the current in-app experience. This position requires someone who can lead by example, empathize with users, and aid the company in being a market-shaping organization.

Minimum Requirements

4+ years of experience as a User Experience Researcher in an enterprise-level environment

Professional portfolio/research project examples

Outgoing, charismatic, self-starter, collaborative

Understanding of Agile/Scrum process

Desired Skills

Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or related industry

Background in ethnography

HFI Certification

Experience communicating with global teams or working on a global application
