Job DescriptionThe Realogy Franchise Group is seeking an eLearning Specialist. As part of the ReaLearning COE, the eLearning Specialist will play a key role in developing eLearning solutions to support our affiliated real estate sales professionals with product rollouts, alliance partnerships, new and updated brand tools. This role will leverage tools embedded in the Learning Management Systems (LMS) as well as e-learning authoring tools to create, convert, or transfer various instructional media elements for online delivery.In addition, the eLearning Specialist will ensure a best-in-class experience for all learners by bringing a wealth of knowledge and best practices on instructional design, digital, blended, and social learning, to drive product adoption and increase usage. The learning organization exists to help our affiliated real estate agents, brokers and brand leadership be better at what they do. In that, it is important for the individual in this role to have a proven track record of designing and developing learning solutions that lead to measurable improvement.To succeed in this role the individual must be an experienced eLearning Specialist with the capability to manage an entire project life cycle including the design and development of initial training solutions, reinforcement and sustainment plans, and performance support tools.The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional standards of excellence in all aspects of work from the application of innovative learning methodologies to the development of eLearning media including: WBTs, Simulations, Scenario and game-based learning, Audio, Video, participant, and facilitator training materials. This individual will be responsible for building engaging, impactful user interfaces and graphic design elements for use within media; provide creative direction on interactivity, imagery, and branding.This is a remote, home-based position that requires up to 10% travel.Responsibilities:Assist in the instructional design, development, and maintenance of training materials for Realogy products and programs including eLearning courses, live or virtual training, and video tutorials.Create job aids and learning supplements for ILT and Virtual training programs.Determine instructional media appropriate to learning strategies and learner resources; perform needs analysis, audience analysis and technical analysis; provide creative approaches to program design and explore and recommend ideas that broaden and enrich the coursework.Work with stakeholders to design and develop SCORM compliant e-learning.Integrate emerging instructional methods and technologies into e-learning.Support the efforts of training project teams from inception to completion; perform Project Management tasks; manage multiple projects; organize and prioritize work and drive task completion.Establish productive relationships with ABT, brand leaders, and other subject matter experts. It will be critical to obtain leadership support and commitment to all learning solutions that are implemented. This will require the ability to influence others, including leaders. The eLearning Specialist must identify the wants and needs of various stakeholders and at times, present points of view that persuade others to shift their thinking and action to enable them to achieve their desired learning objectives.Research current industry best practices in eLearning technologies and techniques, as well as research, test, and recommend developer tools.Qualifications:5 + years of experience designing/ developing both digital (eLearning/multi-media) and instructor led training (classroom/virtual classroom).Instructional design-knowledge (intermediate level).Proven track of designing and developing learning solutions that measurably improve performance (work samples required during the interview process).3+ years of experience developing AICC/SCORM compliant content for LMS deployment using the following content authoring tools: Articulate Storyline (required).
