Performs a variety of services for Essentia Health recruitment/employment efforts. Responsibilities include: partnering with operational departments to identify, develop and implement recruitment strategy and talent acquisition programs to develop an ongoing pool of qualified candidates; posting and applicant screening activities; supporting hiring departments throughout the process; ensuring documentation and post-hiring activities are complete; serving as a resource on employment/human resources issues to departments; providing expertise on a variety of department initiatives; and establishing working relationships with internal and external groups. Requires good communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain productive working relationships both inside and outside the organization.Work Experience:Two years experience in Human Resources or related field required.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor degree required with a preference in human resources, business management, or related field.


Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

No certification/licensure required.
