A busy firm in the West Palm Beach area is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal. If you are tired of working in a stressful firm, come join the most relaxed firm environment in the area! This position is offered remotely or in office. This is a new position, where you will support 1-2 of the firm's attorneys. Healthcare and 401k offered. To be considered for the position you must have experience with MS Office and E-Filing. Experience with Insurance Defense is also required. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Form pleadings & discovery
Attorney scheduling
Contact with insurance adjusters, insureds and opposing counsel
Taking dictation
Performing background investigations
Submitting billable time entries through Juris
