Office Manager Role:
The role is home based and would suit someone who is happy to work at home 08:00-16:00 or 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday and has access to a space that is suitable for a home office as well as broadband.
The successful applicant will be someone who has self-discipline, able to make decisions, be self-motivated, organised and enthusiastic.
The role involves the following but is not limited to:
* Support the three company directors including efficient administrative, organisational and logistical services to facilitate the management and prioritisation of their time and focus
* Take and confirm site engineer bookings from clients via email and phone
* Assisting our payroll company
* Manage the Outlook calendar for the site engineer bookings
* Filing, photocopying, scanning documents etc
* Relaying instructions to the site engineers
* Provide company information to potential customers
* Organise training course equipment
* Create and maintain an organised computer and hardcopy filing system
* Send invoices to clients
* Opening and organising post
* Enter expenses on SAGE
Experience required:
* General office experience - 5 years minimum
* MS office: Word, Excel, Outlook
* Must be confident making and receiving calls to and from clients and staff
* Screening phone calls and taking detailed messages.
* Comfortable working from home in an environment where work can be carried out with no distractions
* Attention to detail
* Able to Multitask
Hours 08:00 - 16:00 or 08:30 - 16:30 Mon - Fri
Start Date : ASAP
25 days paid holiday + Bank Holidays
Salary range of £24k to £27k per annum
