SWORD Health is looking for a growth marketing executive to lead the team responsible for increasing awareness and utilization of SWORD. This person will be at the center of SWORD’s growth, building and leading a team of Marketing Managers and Growth Marketers to drive member acquisition, optimize our acquisition channels, and maximize performance of our funnel. You’ll work closely with the Customer Success, Commercial, Clinical Operations, Product, and Data teams to drive SWORD’s mission to deliver the world’s most advanced musculoskeletal care to millions of people using technology.

The ideal fit is an experienced B2C marketing expert with an exceptional talent for team leadership and growth marketing, and who wants to use these talents to deliver better health care to those who need it most.

What You'll Do:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a best-in-class marketing team made up of Marketing Managers and Growth Marketers.
  • Work with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to maximize enrollment and drive engagement in SWORD’s product.
  • Identify new and optimize existing acquisition channels including email, direct mail, digital marketing, and landing pages.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to scale enrollment marketing solutions that support SWORD’s enterprise customers.
  • Develop the tools and product roadmap necessary to measure performance and capture quantifiable & qualitative insights for all initiatives.
  • Define, drive, and measure KPIs for all initiatives.
  • About You:

  • 10+ years in a B2C growth or acquisition marketing role in technology; digital healthcare and/or B2B2C experience is a plus (but not required).
  • Strong people management skills with an ability to design and build a highly effective marketing organization in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Unique ability to build a best-in-class B2C growth marketing engine; proven track record of attracting talent, implementing technology / tools, optimizing B2C acquisition channels and tracking attribution.
  • Strong analytical curiosity and comfort level with data and leading BI tools like Looker or Tableau; SQL skill is a plus.
  • Growth mindset and ability to positively influence internal and external teams via analytical and story-telling skills.
  • Passionate about bringing world-class healthcare to those who need it.
  • No ego, highly collaborative, goal-oriented, and confident.
