Job Overview:
- Recruit, coach, and mentor skilled engineers who are passionate about delivering high quality products
- Manage end to end engineering projects and objectives
- Consistently deliver high quality technical solutions
- Create, implement, and improve product development processes
- Set and achieve engineering team goals
- Create highly efficient, motivated, & sustainable engineering team culture
- Manage outsourced development teams
- Monitor reliability and drive performance of all internal systems and ensure 99% uptime
- Ensure compliance with security regulations
