Job Information The Data Reporting Associate will be instrumental in working with Reporting Analysts to understand and document clients reporting needs. The Associate will also consult internally and with clients on the structure and organization of their reporting needs and distribution within their company. The Associate must demonstrate a high level of attention-to-detail. This role requires a basic understanding of data structures and the ability to perform Adhoc analysis using industry standard tools. A working knowledge of databases and SQL is preferred, but not required. Solid experience with MS Excel and MS Word are required. Duties and Responsibilities Develop an understanding of the Matrix data warehouse for claims management data including payroll, federal and state financial reporting. Consult with internal customers on the development of reporting requirements Support the client reporting team on troubleshooting Perform quality assurance of new reports Create specifications for modifications to existing reports Perform thorough report testing Liaise with the development team on requirement clarification and report testing Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies, and/or Related Experience Strong Excel data manipulation skills Strong oral, written skills in order to work effectively with internal and external customers. The ability to multi-task and exhibit effective time management and organization skills Strong problem solving skills Must be able to work in a high pressure support environment and work with a sense of urgency.
