Customer Service Representative (Part Time) *MN Only Remote*

Stauer is currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our customer service operations team at our Burnsville, MN location.

Welcome to the exciting world of Stauer! We are based in Burnsville, Minnesota and Richmond, Virginia with over 15 years of success in direct marketing and designing luxury jewelry and fine watches from around the world. 2020 was a record-breaking year for Stauer, and we are looking to add a handful of Customer Service Representatives to join in on the fun!

Requirements:

• Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• 1-2 years customer service experience is required. Call center experience preferred.
• Our expertise is customer service, so excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must have strong listening skills, problem solving skills and be self-motivated.
• Good Typing Skills
• Familiar with Outlook
• Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus
• Must be able to provide a customer experience that promotes repeat business.
• Ability to multitask and keep organized in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work between the hours of 8AM to 6PM Monday-Friday full-time or part-time is available
