Retail support is perfect for agents experienced in customer service and upselling, comfortable creatively solving problems and managing multiple systems at the same time.

Hours:

Calls Typically Available:

Hours are subject to change based on client's availability & business needs.

7 days a week; 8:00am - 2:00am ET

Recommended: 20+ hours/week

  • Are empathetic and patient with difficult callers
  • Can adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
  • Are goal-oriented, with a strong desire to follow a problem through to a solution
  • Are self-sufficient, autonomous and can meet goals in a remote setting

Technical Requirements:
  • Technology skill level: Low - Medium
  • USB headset
  • Operating system: Windows 10 or newer
  • Dual Monitors strongly encouraged
  • Minimum download speed: 15.0 Mbps+
