Job Description:
Role:This is a mid-level professional position specializing in supporting and improving our products software applications. Responsible to research, troubleshoot and correct client reported problems with applications.Responsibilities:Make recommendations for overall system improvementsCorrect or manipulate software, data and application configuration for clientsDesign and develop tools and methodologies to improve productivity and quality of serviceDevelop and maintain internal technical documentationFunction as an integral member of a team of peer professionalsFunction as a technical resource to customers, co-workers and business contactsSolves a range of straightforward problemsQualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other IT-related area or equivalent work experience 2+ years experience in troubleshooting and analysis of data and software applicationsCache Object Script database experience.NET, SQL and/or database experienceDemonstrated skills in troubleshooting, problem solving and critical thinkingStrong communication skills, both written and oral with customers, co-workers and business contacts Ability to multi-task across different activitiesAbility to quickly adapt to a changing environment and quickly learn new conceptsBuilds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customersAbility to work with moderate guidance and/or directionPreferred:Healthcare experience Experience working with IIS and/or Citrix#techjobs
