Position Summary:

The Education Partnerships Representative position is a full-time, remote employment opportunity. Under limited supervision, the Education Partnership Representative will schedule, organize, promote and execute events for various assigned partner organizations to increase awareness and generate interest in further exploring educational programs for our client (University of Arizona Global Campus).

*Interested applicants must reside in the St. Louis region.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Represent Zovio/University of Arizona Global Campus in a professional and service-oriented manner.

  • At all times conduct oneself with honesty and integrity, while maintaining open channels of communication with management.

  • Schedule, plan and execute an average of ten (10) student outreach events (e.g. webinars, virtual education fairs, information meetings and various onsite events once travel resumes) per month with our employer partners.

  • Assist with account management activities. Develop, grow, and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing corporate clients.

  • Stay apprised of current events within the industry and the market. Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all University programs, plus all regulatory, operational, and compliance guidelines of the industry and the University.

  • Prepare activity reports for management review which includes experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft office suite of products.

  • Be responsible with company resources including monthly expense accounting.

  • Work collaboratively within the Education Partnerships Team and with other departments.

  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of business and marketing.

  • Must have proven results in account management.

  • Must have experience in developing and delivering presentations to small and large groups.

  • Must have proven outside business development experience for at least one year

  • Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills to accurately convey information and increase positive awareness of the University.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively while working remotely.

  • Must possess problem solving ability and creative and critical thinking skills.

  • Must have a valid driver's license applicable to the State in which position is located.

  • Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends, including overnight travel.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

  • Must have a dedicated home office workspace with access to high speed internet

  • Must have the ability to travel 60-70% of the time including air travel and use of rental cars (due to ongoing Covid-10 pandemic we are currently on a travel ban).

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in higher education market and industry preferred.
  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Growth and Advancement:

  • Internal growth opportunities are available to EPRs after 1 year in their role.

  • EPRs can move into either a EPR II role or an Account Executive role
