The Solution Architect position is responsible for solution design and governance of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) global business processes. As an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Solution Architect , you will be providing functional & technical inputs and leadership support to the Oracle Cloud (SaaS + PaaS) implementation teams in addressing complex SCM business requirements. You will be extensively involved in business process mapping, assist in problem definition and propose /create solutions. You will also play an important role in the design, development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. In addition, you will assist in different strategic initiatives related to establish and implement our ERP applications roadmap.

This position is part of the Enterprise Applications team working with multiple regions around the world to design and implement a single business solution/system utilizing Oracle Supply Chain Management fusion applications. A candidate for this position must have global large-scale SCM implementation experience, specifically with the Oracle ERP/Fusion applications.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide strategy and vision to the Enterprise ERP Application team for solution design, configuration, and development standards, including best practices with Oracle Fusion technology
  • Provide thought leadership to monitor, track, and review delivery of solutions to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
  • Assist the Oracle Cloud implementation and COE (Support) teams with business process re-engineering and solution development to complex business requirements by utilizing the best business practices supported by the Oracle Fusion application
  • Collaborate with business functions and other IT teams to define, plan, model, govern, and implement Oracle Fusion capabilities
  • Ensure end-to-end solution integrity, including integration of CRM, On-prem Oracle ERP systems and 3rd party software
  • Provide functional and technical guidance while mentoring Business Analysts on Oracle Fusion application implementation, development, and integrations with other systems
  • Proactively communicate risks associated with solution design integrity to key stakeholders
  • Ensure ownership and accountability to effectively resolve gaps systemically to completion
  • Lead and support initiatives to minimize cost, accelerate delivery and endure high-quality of value-added functionality by leveraging the standard features and functions of Oracle Fusion application
  • Drive the adoption of standard work processes, standard application functionality and data standards
  • Vet all Change Requests with the Oracle Cloud Implementation teams before and during Change Review Board sessions
  • Facilitate key stakeholders’ alignment and engagement for the program, holding stakeholders accountable for delivering against their commitments
  • Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of implementation experience with Oracle EBS R12 Order Management, Manufacturing, and Inventory Management modules
  • 2+ years of implementation experience in Oracle SCM Cloud with specific experience as a Solution Architect with Order to Cash and Manufacturing (WIP, BOM) business process knowledge
  • 5 years of experience with business process re-engineering of Order to Cash and Plan to Manufacture value streams
  • Strong functional knowledge and implementation experience of Order Management Cloud such as Order Capture, Order Fulfillment, Pricing, Global Order Promising, and ATO & CTO items
  • Candidate should ideally have at least 2 full life cycle implementations experience, with hands-on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion (SaaS + PaaS) SCM application (Order Management, Inventory & Manufacturing)
  • Working knowledge of supply chain management business processes specific to manufacturing environment/industry
  • Knowledgeable in supply chain methodologies, related KPIs and reporting
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous functional & technical issues
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, presenting and listening skills required 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • BS in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Travel up to 25% could be required in the future

    Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $110,000 - $165,000

    Additional Compensation: Bonus
