The two available openings will work remotely with occasional need to travel to Clinic and Hospital locations in Wisconsin. JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation. Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in cultural studies, human resources, organizational behavior, community health, healthcare administration, social services, higher education, or a similar related degree with focus on equity, diversity or inclusivity. Preferred/Optional: Master’s Degree in field listed above. EXPERIENCE Minimum Required: One year experience in cultural studies, human resources, organizational behavior, community health, healthcare administration, social services, higher education, or a similar related profession with focus on equity, diversity or inclusivity. Preferred/Optional: Experience with policies and regulatory requirements, knowledge of systems change and health care. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
