Job Title:Health Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator (Remote) Cost Center:111452 Office of HEDI Scheduled Weekly Hours:40 Employee Type:Regular Work Shift:Mon-Fri; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (United States of America) Job Description: JOB SUMMARY The HEDI Coordinator is an important position supporting Marshfield Clinic Health System’s (MCHS) commitment to health equity, diversity and inclusion by collaborating with leadership and community members to establish HEDI as shared value across the organization and throughout the community. The two available openings will work remotely with occasional need to travel to Clinic and Hospital locations in Wisconsin. JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation. Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in cultural studies, human resources, organizational behavior, community health, healthcare administration, social services, higher education, or a similar related degree with focus on equity, diversity or inclusivity. Preferred/Optional: Master’s Degree in field listed above. EXPERIENCE Minimum Required: One year experience in cultural studies, human resources, organizational behavior, community health, healthcare administration, social services, higher education, or a similar related profession with focus on equity, diversity or inclusivity. Preferred/Optional: Experience with policies and regulatory requirements, knowledge of systems change and health care. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
