InnoSource is seeking future work from home call center employee's to join their award-winning Fortune 500 Company. Moen is ranked "Top Workplaces" and "Most Admired Company". Moen is seeking Customer Service Representatives to work from home in their warranty call center. MUST LIVE IN OHIO.

Job Requirements:

Required Skills and Knowledge - Moen Customer Service Representative (WFH) Remote

  • Experience with customers-problem solving, difficult customers, and going above and beyond.
  • Excellent computer skills required-fast screen navigation a must. Assessments will be administered.
  • Previous job stability. Need to have one year plus at each job.
  • Previous Call Center experience preferred.
  • Seeking a high level of professionalism.
  • Bilingual skills a plus!
  • Previous technical/repair and product knowledge helpful.
  • Must have a designated work from home space
  • Must live in Ohio
Education and Experience - Moen Customer Service Representative (WFH) Remote

HS Diploma or GED required

Benefits and Pay - Moen Customer Service Representative (WFH) Remote

  • Pay starts at $16.00 with an increase at conversion.
  • Bilingual pay starts $16.75. LOOKING TO ADD TEAM MEMBERS TO THE BILINGUAL TEAM!
  • Monday through Friday from 8am-7pm. You will work an 8hr shift in between those hours of operation. 40 hours a week. NO WEEKEND WORK.
  • 6 month contract to hire position
