We’re looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition professional to partner with our People & Places Solutions business to deliver full cycle recruiting solutions for professional hires.

As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you’ll join an established recruiting team and hiring manager group to ensure a positive candidate experience while working to fill current openings. We’ll rely on you to support recruiting efforts focused on buildings and/or infrastructure roles. We’ll ask you to utilize your superb sourcing skills, professional cold-calling capabilities, and adaptability to the needs of a larger recruitment team when and where needed. This role can be in a US office, hybrid of remote/home or work 100% remotely, with minimal company travel to attend key meetings as designated by the business. 

Connectivity with members of the business unit and management team will be critical, as you align on hiring strategies to identify and attract top talent. You’ll communicate with hiring managers regularly, understanding what quality looks like and forming partnerships that result in hiring success! Your responsibilities will include researching positions, opening and managing requisitions, sourcing, cold calling, phone screening, working with Recruitment Coordinators to schedule interviews, and negotiating and closing offers. You’ll also apply your strong organizational skills as you manage and track all candidate activity. Responsiveness and ability to source active and passive candidates quickly and keep information up to date are key!

You’ll prepare and deliver presentations to highlight recruiting efforts to large and small groups of people, both to TA and to Hiring Manager clients. Here's What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Professional recruiting experience managing a requisition workload, utilizing full desk recruiting strategies in an Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) or Technology Engineering work environment
• Experience utilizing an applicant tracking systems (ATS) – Taleo preferred

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related Business Administration field 
• Previous recruiting experience in buildings or infrastructure 
• Previous experience working with craft labor
• Strong planning and organizational skills to successfully manage a high requisition workload
• Knowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the US.
