Position Overview:

Atrium partners with leading clients throughout the Northeast; we are looking for a passionate and self-motivated MSP Program Manager that is excited to grow their career by playing a key role in how our clients manage their temporary workforce and hiring initiatives. As MSP Manager, you will play an essential part in bringing top talent into our client’s organizations. In this role, you will provide personalized service and will operate as an extension of the Client’s Talent Acquisition Team while acting as the main point of contact for Client Managers, Staffing Suppliers, Temporary Resources and Atrium. The MSP Manager will manage all aspects of Client’s contingent workforce, including business relationship development, oversight of the full temporary worker requisition lifecycle (recruitment, selection, and day-to-day support of management), enforce risk mitigation by way of Manager education and ensuring Program adoption through training and strategic meetings with Client Managers, Stakeholders and Business Partners. A qualified Candidate must be excellent at building relationships, while remaining organized and offer excellent multi-tasking and superior written/verbal skills to ensure time management and partnership as an on-site/offsite Program team.

Responsibilities of the MSP Program Manager:

  • Serve as the primary point of Program escalation Understand the detailed nuances of the MSP service offerings and operational procedures
  • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with Client contacts, which adds credibility and positive perception of Atrium — imperative for the success of the Atrium MSP
  • Work closely with various Atrium and Client (Management, HR, Finance, others) Stakeholders and Staffing Suppliers to build strong professional relationships which contribute to overall Program adoption, development, and success
  • Participate in Client calls related to various Program engagement requests, including but not limited to Temporary Resource onboarding, high-level assignments, technology, billing and more
  • Build and maintain pipelines of candidates within the Client’s applicant tracking system that aligns with the Client’s needs and anticipated hiring needs while ensuring consistent execution of a recruiting plan to always ensure the right quantity and quality of talent from multiple sources
  • Manage requisitions for Temporary/Temp to Perm assignments, which will be filled by way of a dedicated recruiter that you will manage, Staffing Supplier submissions or Pre-Identified by Client managers
  • Temporary Resources presented will require evaluation/screening according to client specific job profiles to ensure Client managers received a high-quality curated slate of resumes
  • Communicate with Staffing Suppliers to review Client requisitions, provide ongoing feedback, ensure Program engagement/adherence and execution of necessary onboarding tasks
  • Become familiar with state-specific payroll laws and worker classifications that impact the requisitions and offers made to Temporary Resources; pursue continuing education in these areas to become a subject matter expert
  • Address and resolve any service or invoice-related concerns or billing discrepancies
  • Prepare the delivery of Client reporting (weekly, monthly, and annual headcount and attrition reports) to provide ongoing program summaries and business intelligence to Client, create Quarterly Business Reviews and training presentations and support other projects as needed
  • Troubleshoot Client, Staffing Supplier and Temporary Resource escalations with the assistance of Program Director
  • Survey all users for program satisfaction and review results to determine actions to improve satisfaction Program Education
  • Develop and present client training and education materials
  • Training and education should be conducted in one-on-one meetings, staff meetings, lunch and learns etc.
  • Complete Training for all new Program users by introducing the MSP, understanding their needs and expectations, and presenting the MSP as a solution
  • Vendor Management Services (VMS) Management Oversees and maximizes use of VMS technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high-quality program performance and results
  • Train Client and Supplier users to use the VMS tool both in person and virtually
  • Provide ongoing support to Client & Supplier on VMS tool Provide VMS administration, including documenting requirements, etc.
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Travel to the Client site (in Massachusetts) is expected; expectations are still being determined in this area and ongoing consideration for the COVID-19 pandemic is a factor
  • However, the ideal candidate will be available to travel to the Client site about once a month for 2-3 days each month
  • Qualifications for the MSP Program Manager:

  • Experience: has 3+years of experience in an MSP setting and possesses knowledge of HR, Staffing, MSP, VMS, employment law and worker classifications
  • Communication: can clearly explain the MSP program and instill confidence in Client managers that the Program can support their hiring needs
  • Empathy: understands how difficult the recruitment/onboarding process can be and steps into the shoes of everyone in the process (Hiring Manager, Supplier, Candidate and Temporary Resource) to demonstrate warmth and understanding towards the respective challenges each may encounter
